Upon confirmation of Order, sales co-ordinates position the order with production team and bridge between the customer and Production team.
Installation of Windows by skilled installation team and training the client about the maintenance of the windows and hardware.
Post Sales Service by Service team - Upon calling the customer care, the problem will be rectified within 48 hours of issue escalated to Service team.
